The Alchemist

Rik Reppe

I have been, throughout my career, a change agent. That means when companies have needed someone to come in and help them see the future that should be, they call me. As we move into the Digital Experience Age and companies find they need a new vision, a new experiential strategy and new culture, organization, and operating models...they call me.

I’m a recovering consultant. Over 25 years I climbed the ladder, eventually becoming a partner at PwC during which time I led its Global Customer Experience Practice and was one of the founding partners of its hybrid agency-consultancy, the Experience Center.

Design Thinking is the wave of the future: With the ubiquity of digital enablers and the coming of age of the digital natives, design thinking must be put into the mix as a needed counterbalance to management theory and process engineering.

Based on all of the above, I believe we have a golden opportunity to change how companies think about experience and how they go about addressing experience challenges. I’d be thrilled to have you join us.

Delbert Kim

Delbert specializes in leading agile adoption initiatives at large organizations, with a focus on coaching individuals, teams, and programs along the path to agility.

I specialize in leading agile adoption initiatives at large organizations, with a focus on coaching individuals, teams, and programs along the path to agility. Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on pragmatism, I help guide the design and implementation of winning operating models — from ways of working, structure, accountabilities, governance, and capabilities — that challenge old paradigms and bridge the strategy-execution gap, enabling organizations to deliver customer-centric solutions and stay ahead of changing user, market and regulatory needs.

I'm especially passionate about advising leaders to embrace the right mindset and become catalysts for cultural change — and methodically change the behaviors of key personnel within my sphere of influence. As part of any transformation initiative, I place a concerted emphasis in building effective capability-building programs so that the work can be perpetuated long after my departure.
